John Hembry joined British Rail as a Trainee Technician in 1975 and has 45 years continuous experience in the rail transport industry, all of which has been in signalling maintenance, installation, testing and design.
Having identified opportunities for a railway experienced signalling designer in the contract supply sector of the industry, particularly in the production of Solid State Interlocking (SSI) data, John resigned from BR in June 1992 to start his own business.
He incorporated Aspect Control Services Limited in January 1995 and has held an IRSE Principles Design Licence since September 1997.
